“Praise God for Launch 5 in our lives!
Launch 5 has been so important to my children especially my daughter, Lily, in so many ways.

First of all, once she gets on the boat she is a lot calmer, the rocking of the water calms her even while the boat is still. Then when the engine is on she likes to be in the back of the boat to feel the motor and watch the wake behind the boat. Lily loves the waves the river naturally has; it gives her a peace she is not able get easily anywhere else. Once one the boat for about 30 minutes Lily is a different child. When she gets off the boat and she is more organized in her body; not running around to get the input her body needed, not busy in her body.

Secondly she is able to sleep so much better at night especially at a time when it was not easy for her to do so. Something in her body was not allowing her to sleep and the boat gave her a lasting calmness that stayed with her throughout the day. We were blessed to go on the boat twice a week in the Summer and we saw the results. Greg Porteus and his team were so gracious with the time we had on the boat.

Third and so paramount was the peace and love that exhuded from everyone on the boat. Such love and positive energy was a gift and miracle for me and my family who usually hears my kids have to quiet down and get better before they can be involved in things.

I give God the praise for this great mission that Launch 5 has. Launch 5 has been a blessing to our family in more ways than I can express in words.”
